If your child is found eligible, the school will collaborate with you to develop an Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) for your child.

Note on Consent:  For your child to receive special education services, you, as the parent or legal guardian must provide the school with your consent. If you do not want to provide consent, we highly recommend you consult with an attorney if you have any questions about your child’s eligibility.
